Do you offer same-day emergency appointments?
In many cases, yes. If you have a dental emergency, call us on 01473 251955 and we will do our best to offer a same-day appointment, subject to availability. This service is available for both registered and new patients.
Do you offer payment plans or finance?
Yes. We offer 0% interest-free finance through Chrysalis Finance for eligible treatments over £350, allowing you to spread the cost over 12–24 months. Finance is subject to status and terms and conditions apply.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
We are located at 51 Berners Street, Ipswich IP1 3LN, in the town centre. There is street parking nearby (free for up to one hour) and several public car parks close by, including St Matthews Street, Crown, Wolsey and Spiral.

Do you have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, our Grade II listed building has three steps at the entrance and there is currently no alternative step-free access. Please call us on 01473 251955 and we will be happy to discuss how we can support you and, if needed, advise on local practices with full wheelchair access.
